Our Philosophy

A Space to Breathe

LotusPath was founded on the simple belief that peace is not something you find; it is something you create. Nestled in the quiet hills, our center offers a refuge from the digital noise of modern life.

We follow the tradition of Insight Meditation (Vipassana), emphasizing mindfulness and loving-kindness. Whether you are a lifelong practitioner or taking your first breath of awareness, our doors are open.

Beginner's Guide

Starting Your Journey

1. Find Your Seat

You don't need a fancy cushion. Sit comfortably on a chair or the floor. Keep your spine straight but not rigid. Let your shoulders drop.

2. Feel the Breath

Bring your attention to the physical sensation of breathing. The cool air entering, the warm air leaving. This is your anchor.

3. Observe Thoughts

Your mind will wander. That is normal. When you notice, gently bring your attention back to the breath without judgment.
